Job summary

Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is seeking a Staff Trainer/Development to design and deliver comprehensive training for new hires and staff nationwide. The role requires developing instructional materials, mentoring, and coordinating learning experiences across departments.

The position emphasizes mastery of NACA’s mortgage programs, customer service excellence, and continuous curriculum improvement.

Qualifications

Three+ years of training experience required.
Mortgage brokerage/real estate experience preferred.
Experience as NACA Mortgage Counselor preferred.
Management/supervisory experience preferred.
Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for staff.
Serve as a resource for counselors seeking additional training.
Deliver training via online webinars, in-person sessions, mentoring, and local leader training.
Learn internal systems and processes to support underwriting topics.
Collaborate with managers to maintain curriculum and build a training platform focused on customer service and productivity.
Design and update training materials and assessments.
Monitor records and assess training needs; maintain learner records.
Conduct needs analyses to identify knowledge and performance gaps.
