Job summary

Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is seeking a Staff Trainer/Development to design and deliver training for new hires and existing staff nationwide. You will create materials, mentor staff, and run virtual and in-person sessions to meet training needs.

The role requires analyzing staff needs, developing curricula aligned with NACA's mission, and collaborating with HR and management to improve performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of training experience.
• Mortgage brokerage/real estate experience preferred.
• Licensed as Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) preferred.
• BA/BS preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a comprehensive staff training program.
• Design and update training materials including manuals and e-learning modules.
• Conduct needs analyses and assess training needs with managers.
• Develop and implement tests on underwriting processes and tools.
• Collaborate with departments to align training with organizational goals.
