Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Trust & Safety Engineering to drive security program execution across critical initiatives. You will collaborate with Security Engineering, Identity Infrastructure, ML, and Core Platform teams to design, build, and deploy systems for authentication, access control, and anomaly detection.

Embedded within engineering groups, you will translate identity and privacy-by-design principles into executable roadmaps, ensuring scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 8+ years of progressed TPM/engineering/security leadership experience.
• Ability to translate security/privacy into technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Resolve conflicting priorities and drive multi-team roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the security program strategy and roadmap.
• Drive initiatives across Identity Infrastructure, Data Governance, Platform Security, ML, and Trust Engineering.
• Oversee execution of complex security engineering initiatives from strategy to outcomes.
• Influence design decisions using deep cloud/security expertise and manage risks.
• Define and track security KPIs/OKRs and communicate program health to executives.
• Present status, risks, and progress to executive and technical audiences.
