Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to own complex, high-risk programs across the organization. You will align engineering, product, and business priorities and build execution frameworks that scale.

With 6+ years in TPM, you’ll translate long-range strategy into roadmaps, mentor peers, and influence decisions across multiple teams. This is a full-time, senior-position on the Engineering & Technology team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager at group or organizational level.
• Strong ability to design and scale execution frameworks for ambiguous, high-risk programs.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own group- and org-level programs from framing to delivery.
• Design execution frameworks and operating models to scale PM practices.
• Resolve blockers and drive long-range planning while keeping roadmaps and OKRs aligned.
• Identify architectural risks and system- or platform-level issues across domains.
• Shape roadmaps and influence make/buy decisions to unlock value.
• Mentor TPMs and contribute to team growth through interviewing and onboarding.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps.
