Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, industrialization, or large-scale supply chain program management.
• Expertise in factory startup, facility permitting, and capital expenditure oversight.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, inventory management, and contract negotiation for complex hardware programs.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with experience in production modeling, capacity planning, and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the program lifecycle for factory expansion and supplier readiness, coordinating across infrastructure, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure facilities are production-ready for high-volume output.
• Identify risks across factory, supplier, and operations workstreams and lead mitigation efforts.
• Synthesize data into clear updates for leadership and ensure alignment on health and critical paths.
• Plan for organizational readiness, including resource planning, hiring pipelines, and training programs.
