Job summary

Nextpower LLC in Fremont, CA seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager for Supply Chain Systems. You will lead enterprise-scale programs spanning ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, and supplier platforms, driving strategy, architecture, and delivery with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include defining program scope, managing risks, ensuring successful integration across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and fulfillment, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in technical program management with supply chain focus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP/SAFe/APICS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, enterprise-level SCM programs (ERP, Planning, WMS, TMS, OMS, suppliers).
• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for SCM platforms.
• Drive system integrations via APIs, middleware, EDI, and event-driven architectures.
• Manage data architecture, master data governance, and enterprise reporting across SCM.
