Rivian is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Vehicle Service Readiness & Product Integration in Irvine, CA. The role bridges Product Development and Service Operations to mature service tooling, manuals, and diagnostics for current and future EV platforms.

Responsibilities include end-to-end validation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, with mentorship of peers to raise technical rigor across the TPM team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
6–10+ years of technical program management or automotive launch experience.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at director/VP level.

Responsibilities

Lead service requirements integration, validation, and lifecycle readiness across vehicle platforms.
Drive cross-functional reviews and governance for service tooling and documentation.
Validate service design targets and support milestones from concept to launch.
Mentor TPMs and drive consistency of service standards across programs.
Escalate complex trade-offs and represent the program in executive reviews.
