Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Technical Program Manager / Engineering Manager to align engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders across the organization. You will own cross-team roadmaps, drive initiatives from conception to delivery, and push for security, privacy, and operational excellence.

Requirements include 5+ years in technical program management or engineering management, 7+ years with software/cloud/data engineering teams, and a CS/engineering degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Be the connective tissue across the organization to keep engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders aligned on priorities, schedule, risks, and progress.
• Own and drive cross-team initiatives from conception to completion.
• Create and manage cross-team roadmaps, schedule, risks, and issues.
• Own security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Establish scalable, repeatable, and efficient processes and schedules.
• Be a force multiplier by continually improving engineering, product, and operational efficiency across the organization.
• Help grow the TPM function.
