Job summary

Moloco, a Silicon Valley AI advertising company, seeks a Technical Program Manager / Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product and leadership. You will shepherd programs end-to-end, align priorities, and drive scalable processes.

You will own security, privacy and operational excellence, create roadmaps, manage risks, and help grow the TPM function. Strong collaboration with senior leaders and cloud/software teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of experience with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience working with senior leadership, including C-level leaders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and drive consensus across the company.
• Experience building scalable cloud products and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Be the connective tissue across the organization to align priorities, schedule, risks and progress.
• Own and drive cross-team initiatives from conception to completion.
• Create and manage cross-team roadmaps, schedules, risks and issues.
• Own security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Establish scalable, repeatable processes and improve efficiency across the org.
• Be a force multiplier by improving engineering, product and operational efficiency.
• Help grow the TPM function.
