Andrews Cooper is seeking a Staff Technician to join our hardtech engineering team in the United States. The role involves hands-on assembly, troubleshooting, and support across multiple client sites with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma or GED; related technical associate degree preferred.
• 3–10 years of hands-on technician experience.
• Up to 20% travel between locations; eligibility to travel for work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standards, processes, tools, templates, and best practices that uphold the A‑C brand.
• Review and update mechanical drawings, electrical/plumbing schematics, and BOMs.
• Assist in writing assembly and maintenance manuals.
• Coordinate system packaging and delivery.
• Assist with project estimation by providing assembly and test labor estimates.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and other procedures; travel to customer sites as needed.
