SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field. MSME is a plus.
  • 10+ years of professional hands‑on experience in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Background checks are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Working knowledge of material properties, such as plastics, metal, adhesive, glass, PCBA, flex circuits, etc.
  • Experience with plastic injection moldings (20+ parts designed) and knowledge of high‑volume manufacturing techniques (Stamping, machining, 3D printing, injection molding, etc.).
  • Knowledge & application of GD&T techniques and knowledge of associated metrology approaches.
  • Experience with high‑volume products.
  • Experience delivering multiple successful consumer products to production from concept inception to shipping products.
  • Design for manufacture and assembly experience.
  • Experienced in leading technical teams and projects.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $104,000.00 - $170,000.00. Andrews Cooper is an equal‑opportunity employer.
