Job summary

Google’s GSST team seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant to design and deliver data and AI solutions within Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services. You will work with partner teams to gather requirements, source data from security systems, and automate business processes across GSRS.

The role emphasizes building scalable solutions, collaborating with TPMs and Data Engineers, and advancing enterprise security with privacy-conscious practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in Python, Go, Java, or other modern backend languages.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines using SQL, and managing production infrastructure.
• Experience developing and deploying enterprise solutions leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage applications/AI agents using Google Cloud or production resources in compliance with company security policies and guidelines.
• Leverage AI/ML to improve efficiency of workflows.
• Deploy, debug, and maintain technical solutions across the development life-cycle, ensuring high standards in system configuration and issue resolution.
• Author technical documentation and participate in collaborative design and code reviews.
• Define configuration management standards and steward private data with a strict focus on privacy and security.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field
