Google is seeking a Staff Technical Solutions Consultant to design and deliver secure, scalable solutions for security operations while maintaining strict privacy and legal standards.

You will bridge frontend interfaces with powerful backend infrastructure, embedding Google’s AI and LLM technologies to accelerate automation. You will mentor peers and drive ROI through measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers
• Experience in Python, Go, or other modern backend languages
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines using SQL, and managing production infrastructure
• Experience leveraging ML/AI with focus on LLMs

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical authority for the division and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders
• Establish development, configuration management, and testing standards; mentor junior members
• Design and develop full-stack applications integrating with legacy infrastructure and data flows
• Own the technical roadmap and scale solutions with vendors
• Deliver AI and agentic solutions empowering end users and technical teams
