Job summary

Neurophos Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiting lead to drive end-to-end recruitment for their engineering organization in Austin, TX. Reporting to the Sr.

Director of Talent and Recruiting, you will own search pipelines, build relationships with senior technical candidates, and partner cross-functionally to accelerate hiring. The role requires a passion for hardware/semiconductor tech, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to establish technical credibility with candidates and hiring

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical recruiting within hardware/semiconductor.
• Sourcing senior technical candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Understanding of Digital, Analog, Software, Photonics/Optics, or Product Engineering.
• Engage and manage relationships with senior technical talent during interview process.
• Build credibility with internal hiring managers through technical fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for junior, ICs, and managers across technical functions.
• Lead active sourcing and proactive talent identification.
• Manage candidate scheduling and coordination within search pipelines.
• Partner with Talent org to accelerate hiring processes.
