The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 annually, along with substantial benefits including medical coverage, PTO, and stock options. Applicants should have technical recruiting experience, with preference for those familiar with hardware or deep-tech industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing through offer close.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to define hiring strategy.
• Source and screen candidates proactively.
• Manage candidate experience and drive the offer process.
