Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the design, execution, and strategic direction of complex, ambiguous programs at the group and organizational level. This is a full-time, regular role within Engineering & Technology, acting as a technical integrator across domains to align priorities and scale execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, including group/organizational scope.
• Background in a highly technical, fast-paced product or platform environment; healthtech a plus.
• Experience designing and scaling execution frameworks for programs with ambiguous scope and high risk.
• Broad technical fluency across systems and architecture; ability to identify cross-domain risk.
• Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable multi-team roadmaps, delivering through influence.

Responsibilities

• Own group-level and org-level strategic programs from framing through delivery.
• Design execution frameworks and operating models that scale PM practices across teams.
• Resolve blockers and drive long-range planning rigor while maintaining roadmap and OKR alignment.
• Operate as a technical integrator, identifying architectural risks across domains.
• Shape technical roadmap and build-vs-buy decisions to unlock new capabilities.
• Mentor other TPMs and contribute to growing the team through interviewing and onboarding.
