Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the design, execution, and strategic direction of complex programs at the group and organizational level. This full-time, remote role sits within our Engineering & Technology organization and requires partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into scalable roadmaps.

You will design execution frameworks, balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy, and mentor other TPMs to help grow the team while driving

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager at group/org level.
• Experience in a highly technical, fast-paced product or platform environment is preferred.
• Ability to design and scale execution frameworks for ambiguous, high-risk programs.
• Broad fluency in systems and architecture, with cross-domain risk assessment.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable multi-team roadmaps and mentor TPMs.

Responsibilities

• Own group-level and org-level strategic programs from framing through delivery.
• Design execution frameworks and operating models to scale PM practices across teams.
• Resolve blockers and drive long-range planning with OKR alignment.
• Identify architectural misalignments and system-level risks across domains.
• Shape roadmaps and make hard calls when needed to balance priorities.
• Mentor TPMs and contribute to growing the team through interviewing and sourcing.
