Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Staff TPM to define and execute at scale, leading high-visibility programs that sit at the center of our platform and product investments. You will partner across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to bring foundational capabilities to market globally, aligning senior stakeholders and building scalable operating models.

You will own delivery of initiatives that reach tens of thousands of enterprise customers, influence roadmap decisions, and translate launches

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale cross-functional programs
• Experience delivering end-to-end product launches across geographies
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Influence roadmap and prioritization, not just delivery
• Credibility with engineers and executives; strong communication with VP/C-level
• Track record building scalable processes and operating models
• Strong risk management and stakeholder alignment
• Experience defining and tracking success metrics; familiarity with SQL or dashboards

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Leadership: Own complex, cross-functional programs from scoping to launch and adoption.
• Cross-Organizational Alignment: Align engineering, product, design, field, legal, and marketing around a shared plan.
• Product Launch & Enterprise Adoption: Partner with field teams, solutions architects, and customer success to drive launches.
• Operational Excellence: Design scalable processes and drive adoption across teams.
• Executive Communication: Provide updates to senior leadership with clear risks and decisions.
• Data-Driven Execution: Define success metrics and use data to guide decisions.
