Job summary

Stord is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Stord Labs to own the experimental backbone of a high-velocity innovation program within the logistics tech stack. You will orchestrate the full lifecycle of experiments in a live micro-fulfillment environment, ensuring promising ideas are rigorously tested and efficiently transitioned into production with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or complex cross-functional delivery roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing hardware/software integration programs in operational or logistics environments.
• Strong domain knowledge of supply chain systems, warehouse automation, robotics integration, or fulfillment operations.
• Proven experience leading vendor management processes, including RFPs, evaluation frameworks, and strategic partnership development.
• Strong execution discipline across agile, sprint-based, or similar iterative delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Experiment Lifecycle Management: Own and govern the end-to-end experimentation pipeline with defined hypotheses and measurable success criteria.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary integration point between Stord Labs and product/engineering/operations teams.
• Operational Alignment: Facilitate decisions to move validated technologies from lab to live production pilots and enterprise-scale deployment.
• Innovation Roadmap Management: Own sequencing of a prioritized experimentation pipeline across robotics, automation, AI systems.
• External Collaboration: Coordinate with frontier AI organizations, robotics providers, and academic partners to test capabilities.
• Systems Integration Coordination: Oversee integration testing across third-party automation and internal platforms (WMS/OMS).
