STORD is hiring an Implementation Specialist II to lead the launch of 3PL warehousing and fulfillment projects in the US and Canada. You will drive end-to-end implementations, manage timelines, and align internal teams with customer needs to ensure successful go-lives.

You will collaborate closely with customers and STORD operations, optimize WMS configurations, and build scalable playbooks for ongoing post-launch support. Strong project leadership and communication are essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facility design and WMS configuration for new 3PL sites.

• Create clear handoffs between 3PLs and STORD Operations Team.
• Identify risks/opportunities and drive continuous improvements in methodology.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders for seamless post-implementation operations.
• Build playbooks for suppliers and customers to enable smooth transitions between partners.

About

The Implementation Specialist II at Stord is a critical role responsible for the execution and oversight of the launch plans for 3PL warehouse sites. You will lead implementations and launches of new STORD 3PL warehousing and fulfillment projects across the US and Canada. This position involves managing expectations and the overall process of our 3PL warehousing function, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the successful execution of facility design, including layouts, labor planning, pick & pack workflows, and WMS configuration and automation.
• Manage the entire implementation process, ensuring all aspects are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Engage with internal teams and new and existing STORD customers to ensure a successful launch and ongoing satisfaction.
• Serve as a key partner to ensure ongoing needs are being met according to standards provided.
• Build easy-to-understand Supplier & Customer playbooks to ensure a successful handoff between the 3PL and STORD Operations Team.
• Identify and mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities throughout the implementation process.
• Continuously improve implementation methodologies and processes based on feedback and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations post-implementation.

• 3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Direct experience with WMS or warehouse implementation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience working in a startup environment.
