Job summary

Stord is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead warehouse management system (WMS) and order-management system (OMS) deployments across the US and Canada. You will drive end-to-end project execution, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure successful launches for brands joining Stord's fulfillment network.

You will manage complex deployments, engage stakeholders, and deliver robust processes that support profitability and scale in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or engineering required.
• Experience with WMS implementations in warehouse operations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement systems and processes for all business units.
• Oversee integrations and UAT end-to-end for upcoming brands.
• Deploy SIT, UAT, Go-live and hypercare within the operation.
• Implement Stord's OMS and WMS end-to-end in new deployments.
• Create processes to ensure self-sustainability and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for successful launches.
• Develop SOPs to hand off to Customer Experience and Local Ops.

About The Implementation Engineer position

You will serve as a lead in implementations and launches of new technical and fulfillment projects across the US and Canada. This position will offer the responsibility of managing expectations and the overall process of our 3PL warehousing function.

What You'll Do:

• Implement systems and processes for all of Stord's business units
• Oversee Systems Integrations and User Acceptance Testing end to end for upcoming brands
• Deploy technical and functional processes within the 4 walls, managing Design, SIT, UAT, Go-live and hypercare.
• Implement Stord's OMS and WMS systems end to end
• Implement physical and system processes to ensure self-sustainability and profitability within the fulfillment center operation
• Engage with internal teams as well as new and existing Stord customers to ensure a successful launch
• Serve as a partner to ensure on-going needs are being met to the standard provided
• Build easy to understand SOPs to hand-off to the Customer Experience and Local Operations teams

What You'll Need:

• Warehouse or WMS implementation experience
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes
• Ability to manage complex projects and facilitation of cross functional planning and execution
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience managing an array of teams and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Risk and opportunity mitigation and management experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics
• Direct experience with WMS or Warehouse implementation
