Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs from inception through delivery. You will partner with engineering, product, design, and operations to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive execution.

This role influences PSA Ops and scales the business globally, with on-site or remote/hybrid options in the US. You will work from our Santa Ana/Jersey City offices or remotely as needed, with onsite expectations for those within commuting

Qualifications

8+ years of product management and/or technical program management in an agile product/engineering org.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum with tools like Jira.
Experience coordinating dependencies, milestones, blockers, and releases across complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, and stakeholders to shape and prioritize product plans.
Focus on mission-critical initiatives aligning business and tech objectives.
Provide clear communications about inception, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop training programs to transform organizational practices.
Design processes that give autonomy while enabling scale.
Break down complex problems with strong communication and execution.
Drive automation and process improvements to create efficiencies.
Contribute to strategic roadmaps and success management with stakeholders.
Support developer operations to scale businesses globally.
Understand and advocate for the customer.
