Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Program Manager to join the PSA Partnerships team, focusing on supporting and scaling the strategic partnership with eBay. The role drives cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, marketing, finance, and analytics to ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable improvements in the authentication and grading experience across platforms.

You will report to the Director of Strategic Partner Services and work from our Santa Ana, CA office, with onsite

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships and/or program management, ideally in a consumer technology business.
• Strong cross-functional operator who can manage external relationships and internal teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator for partner QBRs and executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Partner Management: primary contact for eBay’s AG team, owning health, satisfaction, and growth of the relationship.
• Lead day-to-day management with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Operations, Accounting, PM, Tech).
• Drive program management for global partner implementations and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Monitor metrics, synthesize partner feedback, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Identify process gaps and establish scalable systems for program tracking and reporting.
