Job summary

Collectors Universe is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, design, and operations. You will drive inception through delivery for PSA Ops, enabling scalable, high-volume grading and authentication platforms.

The role emphasizes strategic roadmapping, milestone reporting, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality releases.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience in an agile environment.
Experience with hardware, logistics, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive products is preferred.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering, Design, Product, and Operations to shape and prioritize product plans.
Focus on high-priority initiatives aligned to business and tech objectives.
Provide clear communication on inception, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Develop and run training programs to transform organizational practices.
Design processes that empower development teams while enabling scaling.
Break down complex problems, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
Solve problems with automation and process improvements.
Support developer operations to scale the business globally.
Advocate for customers and understand their needs.
