You will partner with engineering leads to optimize SDLC, navigate trade-offs, and translate requirements into actionable plans. This role blends leadership with hands-on architectural thinking in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering or equivalent practical technical experience required.
• 10+ years of technical program management leading large-scale software delivery.
• 10+ years managing end-to-end SDLC for complex distributed systems.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to boost velocity.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic end-to-end delivery of complex software products.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align teams on outcomes.
• Influence product strategy and technical execution to improve velocity and reliability.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate risks to avoid delays.
• Translate requirements into actionable technical plans and diagrams.
• Establish data-driven governance using KPIs and OKRs for visibility.
• Oversee multi-service releases meeting performance standards.
• Integrate AI tools to automate reporting and documentation.
