Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience in software development in one or more programming languages with data structures and algorithms.
• 5 years of experience in testing, maintaining, and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience in software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Write product or system development code.
• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among available technologies.
• Enforce clean code and excellent coding practices by conducting thoughtful code reviews.
• Actively participate in system architecture discussions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback on best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to meet customer needs in the simplest possible ways.
• Contribute to existing documentation and adapt content based on updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/resolve by analyzing sources and impact.
• Lead by example, elevating design, implementation, and engineering practices.
• Drive projects to implement high quality systems and products.
• Coach and support engineers on the team with feedback and growth.
