Job summary

Payactiv, Inc. in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end migrations and complex integrations for enterprise clients, blending deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset.

This role partners across Product, Engineering, Operations and clients to ensure data integrity, timely delivery, and scalable fintech solutions. You will coordinate legacy and modern systems and mentor teams during deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering; master's preferred.
3–5 years in technical program or project management in software/fintech.
Experience managing software development and integration projects end-to-end.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, release management, QA/UAT, deployments.
Experience with distributed/offshore teams and time-zone management.
Fintech/payments or regulated tech experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage End-to-End Migration for new enterprise clients with smooth transitions.
Data Mapping and Integrity across IDs, Paygroups, and calendars.
Coordinate between legacy systems, payroll platforms, and new time/attendance software.
Develop and track migration project plans and KPIs.
Guide credential setups (Vanity URLs, OAuth IDs/secrets) for integrations.
Provide training to client stakeholders for platform adoption.
Identify and resolve technical roadblocks during migration lifecycle.
Act as trusted advisor on data structures and system configuration.
