Job summary

Ripple in New York is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs tied to our liquidity initiatives. You will guide product and engineering teams, synthesize business and technical requirements, and push for scalable, reliable systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of release or project management experience on large, complex enterprise tech programs.
• Ability to use data and analytics to monitor health and progress of projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma and standard PM processes.
• Ability to coordinate across functions in a matrixed environment and build consensus.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Google Sheets.
• Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin or Blockchain ecosystems.

• Develop cross product-level priorities and strategy for liquidity initiatives.
• Reduce ambiguity and bottlenecks with data-driven decisions.
• Communicate with purpose to align cross-functional teams on program objectives.

• Influence efficiency of operational excellence processes.
• Partner with product and engineering managers to align priorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks and remove obstacles to progress.
• Drive testing dependencies across teams and releases.
• Build dashboards to track release progress and gaps.
