Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager in San Francisco to lead large cross-functional programs tied to our crypto solutions for financial institutions, governments, and developers. You will synthesize business and technical requirements, design scalable systems, and drive product schedules with engineering teams.

A track record of delivering for customers and guiding teams in a fast-paced, technical setting is essential.

Qualifications

8+ years of release or project management experience on enterprise tech projects.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and influence without authority.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and data-driven decision making.
Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, or Blockchain ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Develop cross product-level priorities and strategy across liquidity initiatives.
Identify and mitigate bottlenecks and data-driven risk.
Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
Lead co-leads and TPM colleagues with inspirational leadership.
Contribute to technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
Drive efficiency of operations processes across the organization.
Coordinate with program/product/engineering managers to align priorities.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to development progress.
Manage release/testing dependencies and dashboards for progress.
