Job summary

Ripple Treasury is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to guide the implementation of multiple client solutions across the Americas. You will translate strategic objectives into delivery plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and mentor the PMO team to ensure on-time value realization.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting and Customer Success to drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong relationships with senior sponsors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs with remote resources.
• Strong collaborator management skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of Ripple Treasury implementations, ensuring coordinated progress across multiple solutions, teams, and client partners.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive collaborators, developing relationships and alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, RAID logs, and program-level reporting.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns; drive issue resolution with urgency.
• Facilitate executive-level updates, steering committees, and post-implementation reviews with clients and leadership.
• Partner with Project Managers on engagements, providing mentorship and support for blocking issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery with objectives.
• Champion governance, change management, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to PMO capability-building and playbook development as the practice scales.
