Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Systems Test Engineer in Roy, UT to translate customer needs into robust test plans and coordinate cross-team testing efforts. The role supports the Sentinel program with a focus on system-level evaluations and test strategy development.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree and hands-on testing experience, with an active Secret clearance or higher. The position offers a 9/80 schedule, relocation assistance may be available, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher
• 1+ years of experience with schedule management, risk management and performance management
• 1+ years of experience working within a multi-team environment
• 1+ years of experience tracking hardware delivery dates
• 1+ years of experience tracking return to green plans on material slips
• 1+ years of experience with a Test environment

Responsibilities

• Synthesizing customer contractual needs and requirements into test solutions that acknowledges technical schedule and cost constraints
• Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for subsystem components
• Coordinate integrated testing activities
• Support development of the program Integrated Test Plan (ITP) for the CS segment
• Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program
• Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare comprehensive system level evaluations
