Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer (level 5) in Roy, UT, to support the Sentinel program. The role emphasizes Cyber Security, systems engineering, and leadership in a challenging DoD environment.

The candidate will work on cyber requirements, provide guidance on design, and interact with internal and external stakeholders. A Secret clearance is required, with potential access to TS/SAP, and a 9/80 work schedule is noted along with strong benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12 years of experience, or Master’s with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years.
• U.S. Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance, current and within scope.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and SAP approval.
• Experience with MBSE, requirements development, system integration & test.
• Experience in Cybersecurity Framework/CMMC or NIST standards.

• Serve as a System Engineer proficient in Cyber Security for development of support equipment.
• Demonstrate leadership and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Design, plan, implement, and assess cyber security controls per NIST SP 800-53 and related guidance.
• Provide systems engineering for design, integration and testing of support equipment.
• Provide technical analyses and identify solutions for Sentinel needs.
• Participate in team reviews and ensure requirements align with total system solutions.
• Present solutions to customers and senior management.
