Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with extensive relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SAP access.
• Experience designing and deploying complex network infrastructures.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering with SysML/UML skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NSI team to develop program-wide networking governance and standards.
• Develop network architecture, lab networks, and test networks.
• Assess design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable network infrastructure.
• Use MBSE to design, test, and verify network capabilities.
• Support all lifecycle phases from concept to disposal.
• Create network documentation and deliverables.
