Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Staff Systems Engineer in Roy, Utah to lead the Network Simulation & Test team for the Sentinel program. You will develop system-level network architectures, artifacts, and governance under the Sentinel SEIT umbrella.

The role requires Top Secret clearance, hands-on MS&A, network design, and coordination with cross-functional teams; relocation assistance may be available and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited university with substantial experience.
• 12 years with Bachelor's, 10 years with Master’s, or 8 years with PhD in related field.
• Experience with network capacity planning, MTBF metrics, and RCD.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and verify network capabilities using MS&A practices.
• Governance and standardization of network MS&A and tests.
• Develop program-wide network artifacts and documentation.
