Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field with strong systems engineering background.
• 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 10 years with a Master’s; 8 years with a PhD.
• Current Secret clearance, and willingness to obtain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with systems engineering processes and MBSE.

Responsibilities

• Work within multi-disciplined teams on mission engineering, requirements management, system architecture, and MBSE.
• Develop systems engineering work products.
• Prepare and brief technical packages to program, company, and customer leadership.
• Support project processes, reviews, and technical planning activities.
• Develop content and present during milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, CSR).
• Support capture and proposal activities.
