Northrop Grumman in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks a Staff Systems Engineer - HW Integration Lead to guide hardware integration during the TMRR phase and drive technical leadership for complex shipboard assemblies.

The ideal candidate will lead MBSE reviews in Cameo, manage verification planning, and coordinate with hardware, software, manufacturing, and test IPTs to ensure designs are producible, testable, and compliant with customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelors in STEM with 12+ years of experience OR Masters with 10+ years OR PhD with 8+ years.
US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance later.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware integration for complex shipboard assemblies during the TMRR phase.
Develop, allocate, and trace requirements for integrated electromechanical systems.
Review MBSE artifacts in Cameo to ensure alignment with the technical baseline.
Oversee verification/validation strategy for integrated hardware assemblies.
Coordinate with cross-functional IPTs to ensure producible, testable designs.
Provide guidance to hardware design engineers and mentor early-career staff.
