You will own requirements development, MBSE artifacts in Cameo, verification planning, and integration strategy, while mentoring junior engineers and representing the program in technical reviews.

Qualifications

US citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance.
Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and SAP approval.
Experience applying SE processes across the full lifecycle.
Experience in rapid prototyping and missile development.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware integration during the Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction phase.
Plan requirements allocation and traceability for integrated assemblies.
Review MBSE artifacts in Cameo to align with technical baseline.
Oversee verification strategy development, test plans and criteria.
Plan hardware–software integration and lab troubleshooting.
Drive risk analyses and support design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional IPTs to ensure producibility.
Review engineering artifacts for assigned hardware products.
Mentor early-career engineers and provide guidance on engineering best practices.
