Job summary

Torc Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to advance the testing of our self-driving vehicle software within a Linux development environment. You will develop and execute vehicle test plans, analyze data, and support CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable autonomous system software.

You will work across software and hardware teams, performing on-road testing up to 25% of the time and contributing to robust, safety-focused testing and delivery of our Autonomous Eco System.

Qualifications

• Master's or equivalent in a technical field with related experience.
• Strong background in C++ and scripting within Linux environments.
• Experience with testing, verification, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute full software development lifecycle activities in a Linux environment using C++ and scripting languages.
• Design and implement tests and vehicle testing strategies for autonomous systems.
• Assist root cause analysis and contribute to automation and CI/CD improvements.
• Support daily stand-ups and track progress in a Lean-Agile framework.
• Develop data acquisition and analysis systems for remote vehicles in the field.
• Ensure updates do not regress performance via simulations and scenarios.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on test plans and results.
