Torcrobotics is seeking a Senior Systems Test Engineer to join our Systems Test team. In this role, you will design, build, and execute HiL-based validation strategies for autonomous driving software, ensuring high-quality performance across the autonomy stack.

Join our Systems Test team, where we validate the safety and performance of Torc’s autonomous driving system through hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HiL) testing and simulation. Our team operates at the intersection of software, hardware, and autonomy, ensuring that complex system behaviors are thoroughly tested before deployment to vehicle platforms.
As a Senior Systems Test Engineer – HiL, you will play a key role in designing, building, and executing HiL‑based validation strategies for autonomous driving software. You’ll work closely with systems, perception, planning, and software teams to ensure seamless integration and high‑quality system performance across the autonomy stack.
For this position, we are open to hiring in Ann Arbor, MI (U.S.) office work locations in a hybrid capacity. We are also open to hiring Remote in the United States.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Torc's total compensation package will also include our corporate bonus and stock option plan. Depending on the position offered, sign‑on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
