You will lead the Reference Standards Program, collaborate with Analytical R&D, QC, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with ICH and cGMP, and mentor junior chemists while maintaining rigorous lab safety and accurate CoAs.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or MS/BS with relevant industrial experience as stated.
• Expertise in organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and route scouting.
• Proficiency in purification techniques (flash chromatography, prep-HPLC, crystallization).
• Ability to interpret NMR and MS data for structural elucidation.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and ICH guidelines.
• Strong written communication and ability to draft CoAs and reports.
