Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production.
• 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Able to travel up to 30%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Ashville, OH.

• Define KPIs to track supply chain health and drive improvements.
