Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Material Planner to join the Fury Launch team at Arsenal-1 in Ashville, OH. You will own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, signaling purchasing and manufacturing on what to buy or build, and forecasting demand to support ERP systems.

You will lead S&OP discussions, partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, and drive inventory optimization in a fast-paced, high‑stakes environment. Relocation to Ashville, OH is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; 6+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating between multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite to Ashville, OH

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Coordinate forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development and Growth teams.
• Report on supply and material health to inform decisions across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive initiatives for demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
