Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Director of Supply Chain to build and lead Arsenal-1's supply chain in the Columbus, Ohio area. From a blank sheet, you will ensure material readiness, supplier capacity, and readiness before rate increases and new product families land on the floor.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations, you will shape multi-year strategy, design the organization, processes, and systems roadmap while personally addressing the highest shortages and escalations,

Qualifications

10+ years in supply chain, with 5+ years managing people.
Experience building and scaling a multi‑team organization.
End-to-end ownership of S&OP with material availability focus.
Systems thinking with deep operations instincts.
Data-driven and ERP/MRP fluent; able to work with technical teams.
Strong executive presence and ability to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Stand up the Arsenal-1 supply chain function with charter, scope, and phased readiness.
Drive supplier readiness with sourcing, Product Sourcing Engineering, and Supplier Quality.
Turn the startup into a durable day-to-day operation with processes and cadences.
Collaborate with central supply chain on governance, standards, and network alignment.
