Job summary

Anduril Industries in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to build and lead Arsenal-1’s supply chain from the ground up, ensuring material, capacity, and supplier readiness align with rate steps and new product families.

You will design multi-year strategy, standing up org design, processes, systems roadmap, and talent, while personally resolving the toughest shortages and engaging executive leadership on critical decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, materials management, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years managing people and at least 2 years managing managers or leading a multi-team function.
• Owned S&OP or equivalent end-to-end planning process.

Responsibilities

• Stand up Arsenal-1 supply chain function with clear charter, scope, and governance.
• Drive material and supplier readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Define operating model, cadences, and decision rights to run the function.
• Own capital, tooling, and infrastructure requests for the supply chain.
