Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to stand up and lead Arsenal-1, our flagship factory near Columbus, Ohio. You will design the function, align with central supply chain, and ensure material, capacity, and supplier readiness before every rate change and new product.

This role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, and Deployment Ops, and the ability to translate shortages into clear executive recommendations.

Formación

• 10+ years in supply chain or manufacturing operations with 5+ years managing people.
• Experience building and scaling an organization with hiring and culture development.
• End-to-end ownership of S&OP or equivalent planning process.
• Systems thinking with strong operational instincts across engineering, product, and sourcing.
• Data-driven with ERP/MRP proficiency and ability to work with technical teams.
• Strong executive presence and ownership with data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business and ability to obtain US security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up Arsenal-1 supply chain function: define charter, phased plan, owners, and hard dates.
• Own risk register, dependency map, critical path, and executive cadence.
• Write operating model with cadences, escalation, and decision rights.
• Own capital, tooling, and infrastructure requests for supply chain needs.
• Drive supplier readiness with sourcing, engineering, and supplier quality.
• Define BOM release readiness and alternate component strategy.
• Define metrics: clear-to-build, material availability, schedule attainment, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as senior supply chain voice at site with executive relationships.
• Convert standup into durable operation, scale team, and mature ERP/MRP tooling.
• Collaborate with central supply chain for governance and alignment.
