Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our Structures team in the United States. You will work with Engineering and CAD to prepare engineering drawings and calculations for customer submittals and product integration.

You will analyze bridge elements and provide technical support to manufacturing, while coordinating with sales and field teams. A Civil Engineering degree with a structural emphasis and an EIT are preferred, with 2+ years of civil project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, Civil with Structural emphasis preferred.
EIT certification is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Assist field sales in integrating Contech products into site plans with engineering drawings and calculations.
Perform structural analysis and design of bridge elements including superstructures and foundations.
Coordinate with field sales and manufacturing to address design, manufacture and installation questions.
Develop and modify specifications and contribute to technical papers and literature.
