Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 8+ years experience, or 6+ years with a Master's, or 4+ years with a PhD.
• Expert-level Python programming with automated test frameworks using NumPy, pandas and Scikit-learn.
• Deep expertise in validation methodologies, test architecture, automation strategy, and verification of firmware or embedded systems.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques and generative AI tools to engineering, automation, or failure-analysis challenges.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, strong communication skills, and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation strategy and execution for NVMe front-end features across enterprise SSD products.
• Architect and enhance scalable test frameworks to improve automation, coverage, and firmware quality.
• Drive root-cause analysis of complex failures and establish effective debug methodologies and standard processes.
• Define and advance validation infrastructure, including automation, CI/CD integration, regression systems, and reporting tools.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with multi-functional teams to influence design decisions and communicate technical risks.
