Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff SRE to define the reliability architecture for CorpTech Platform’s production and manufacturing operations. You will shape observability, deployment safety, incident management, and scalable reliability across multiple services.

You will partner with software engineering teams to set production readiness standards, drive incident reviews, and implement AI-enabled reliability patterns while aligning with leadership on roadmap investments.

Qualifications

10+ years in site reliability or production/infrastructure engineering.
Experience owning reliability infrastructure used by multiple teams.
Proven ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Set reliability architecture for CorpTech Platform's production environment.
Design and operate observability, metrics, tracing, logging, alerting, and dashboards.
Own deployment infrastructure and release-safety mechanisms (canary, rollbacks, gates).
Define and govern SLO frameworks and reliability measurement language.
Identify systemic reliability risks and drive preventive investments.
Establish production-readiness standards and review processes across design and pre-launch.
Lead incident response for multi-system failures and drive post-incident improvements.
Develop reliability patterns for AI-enabled systems and monitor for drift and degradation.
Provide technical direction to SRE/infrastructure engineers and influence platform planning.
