Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering with mentorship experience.
• Design and maintain high-scale cloud-native systems in production.
• Hands-on observability patterns, SLO/SLI definitions, and monitoring setup.
• Strong in production readiness, incident management, and reliability practices.
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and leading technical response.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitOps concepts.
• Proficient in Python, Go, or Java with good code discipline.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and evaluation techniques.
• Excellent communication with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
• BS / MS / PhD in a relevant technical field.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for vehicle telemetry and platform operations.
• Drive production readiness across teams, shaping reliability standards and deployments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with quality gates, progressive delivery, and safe rollbacks.
• Collaborate with SRE, product, and application teams on SLOs, monitoring, and runbooks.
• Develop and improve AI workflows and evaluation techniques for reliability.
• Automate incident triage, diagnostics, remediation, and status communications.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotations with 12-hour shifts and lead incident response.
• Drive post-incident reviews and durable fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with internal customers to understand needs and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Inspire engineering standards through reviews, documentation, and hands-on leadership.
• Balance reliability, performance, security, and cost in fast-paced environments.
