Job summary
Jobgether seeks a technical leader in Delivery Engineering to own the deployment lifecycle, establish standards, and turn customer challenges into scalable automation. You will own deployment automation across customer environments, enforce release readiness, and build end-to-end workflows for air-gapped must-work environments.
In addition to strong Kubernetes and IaC expertise, you will drive optimization through telemetry, SBOMs, and secure artifact handling, collaborating with Platform
Qualifications
- Experience shipping software into air-gapped or disconnected environments.
- Experience offline installation bundles and upgrades for restricted environments.
- Deep Kubernetes expertise across multiple distributions (EKS, OpenShift, RKE2, k3s).
- Strong IaC practices using Terraform/OpenTofu, CloudFormation and Ansible.
Responsibilities
- Own deployment automation for data security platform across customer environments.
- Define and enforce release readiness criteria as technical authority.
- Build end-to-end delivery workflows for air-gapped environments and offline bundles.
- Collaborate with QA to develop reproducible test environments and deployment harnesses.
- Automate generation of a compatibility matrix for customer use.
- Establish infrastructure-as-code baselines for consistent deployments.
- Instrument workflows to measure time to value and deployment costs.
- Design telemetry tools for disconnected environments and secure data handling.
- Convert deployment challenges into reusable automation and tooling.
